1. The Service

WoMensKart.in's Virtual Trial Room lets you upload a photo of yourself and a product image (either your own upload or one selected from an approved outlet listing) to generate an AI try-on image and short video, using third-party AI models (including FASHN). By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The try-on image and video are generated by artificial intelligence and are for illustrative and entertainment purposes only. Results are approximations and may not perfectly reflect fit, color, size, texture, or how a product will actually look or fit in real life. Do not rely solely on generated results when making a purchase decision.

3. Payments and No Refund Policy

All payments made on this platform — including video generation fees and outlet product listing fees — are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the generated result, accidental payment, change of mind, or technical issues on your device or network.

By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. If a payment is made but the service genuinely fails to deliver any result due to a fault on our end, you may contact us and we will review the matter at our sole discretion — this does not guarantee a refund.

4. Your Uploaded Photos

You must only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you permission to do so.
Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your try-on result and is not permanently stored by us; the generated video itself is also not stored on our servers and is only available to you at the time it is generated.
You are responsible for ensuring your uploads do not contain content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on anyone else's rights.

5. Outlets and Product Listings

Outlets are solely responsible for the accuracy of product names, descriptions, prices, and images they upload.
Product listings are reviewed by an admin before becoming visible, but approval does not constitute a guarantee of product quality, availability, or accuracy.
Listing fees paid by outlets to publish a product are covered by the No Refund Policy in Section 3, regardless of sales performance or approval outcome on a resubmitted edit.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform, including reliance on AI-generated results or transactions with outlets listed on this platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
